Starting a food truck or trailer can be a daunting task.  With so many moving parts and requirements, it’s difficult to know where to start. That’s why the NFTA has 2 great resources for new truck owners:

If you already have a business concept and have purchased your food truck, but you could use some assistance with knowing where government departments are location, what is required for health department approval, how to serve in downtown Nashville food truck zones, and more, then our NFTA Information Packet is for you.
