2017 National Burger Month (Week 2)


Not only is May #nashstreetfoodmonth, but it's also #NationalBurgerMonth2017! Each week this month we'll be featuring a different specialty burger. Some are brand new and others are old favorites.

For week two of #NationalBurgerWeek2017, we're featuring The Kimchisburger.

Kimchi is Korean menu staple made of fermented cabgage and other vegetables, red pepper, ginger, garlic, and many other flavorful ingredeints. For those unfamiliar with the dish, it's kind of like sauerkraut but with A LOT more flavor. For the burger, we stuff the 100% local and grassfed beef with mozzerella, then top it with our made-from-scratch kimchi, avocado, and gochugang (spicy) mayo.
